Hosila Rahimova was born on April 22, 1975, in the Denov district of the Surxondaryo region, into a family of doctors. Alongside her regular schooling, she studied singing and maqom at a music school, beginning to learn the secrets of singing in her childhood. She participated in all school events and won prizes up to the Republican level. After graduating from school (1998-2002), she also completed her studies at the Faculty of Traditional Performance of the A. Qodiriy Tashkent State Institute of Culture.
She began her creative career in 2000 with the song "Kelgin yor". Her subsequent songs, "Jon-jon", "Biyigul", and "Ko'pkari", became hit tracks for the singer. To date, she has presented over 80 songs and more than 20 music videos to her fans. In addition, Hosila Rahimova has also released 5 of her own albums. Musical programs such as "Sizdan kechib bo'lmaydi" in 2003, "Sog'indim" in 2004, "Tog' qizi" in 2006, "Yurtimning bahori senmisan" in 2008, and "Har o'landa yurt madhi" in 2010 are among them. Hosila Rahimova has raised the flag of Uzbekistan by participating with her concert programs in a number of foreign countries, including North Korea, Malaysia, Germany, Turkey, and Russia. The singer has also won several awards.
In 1998, she took 3rd place in the "O'zbekiston Vatanim mani" contest. She was awarded the "Shuhrat" medal in 2003 and the title of Honored Artist of Uzbekistan in 2008. Hosila Rahimova's art is respected and her songs are listened to not only in Uzbekistan but also in foreign countries. She has performed her touring concerts in North Korea, Malaysia, Germany, Turkey, and Russia.
